The SMF22A-MFL from FORMOSA MICROSEMI is a high-performance Surface Mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning. This device features a standoff voltage of 22V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W. Its low profile SOD-123FL package makes it suitable for high-density printed circuit board assemblies.
